ODEN INTRODUCES PRO/FILL^® LIQUID FILLER
FOR HEDWIN CUBITAINER^® APPLICATIONS

Oden Corporation, an industry leader in the field of liquid filling, dosing and blending technology has introduced a new liquid filler designed specifically for Hedwin Corporation's Cubitainer^® packages. This new Pro/Fill^® system handles filling all types of liquids into 5 liter, 10 liter and 20 liter Cubitainers. Manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic systems are available.

A six-head system runs at up to fifteen (15) 20 liter Cubitainers per minute; higher speeds are accommodated with the addition of fill positions. Cubitainers are moved through the empty container load and accumulation zone to the filling zone and onward through capping and sealing zones without jams, spills, or hassles. Subsurface filling/vacuum aspiration combination provides for fast filling of even foamy products with no splash or drips. State-of-the-art, fly-by-wire recipe driven controls allow for rapid product/cube size changeovers. All Cubitainer container handling and filler adjustments are accomplished without tools.

Optional features include net weight filling with the addition of Oden's patented Net/Mass^® system; construction to Class 1, Division 1, Group D explosion-proof standards for use in the filling of flammable liquids or in hazardous environments; expandability for your increased future production requirements; and other custom applications based on your needs.
