Filling Agricultural Chemicals Without Fireworks
APPLICATION
Precision filling of explosive agricultural chemicals into 1 gallon and 2-1/2 gallon
containers in a ‘spark free’ environment.
LIQUID FILLER
The GEN4 PRO/FILL
3000 four head fully automatic filler configured for this application
meets Class 1 Division 1 Group D rating as an explosion proof system.
PLC, pump drives and motor controls are enclosed in a gas purged
NEMA 4 rated enclosure.
This volumetric filler is fitted with Waukesha size 18 Universal Series 3A sanitary
lobe type pumps and air operated electronically controlled positive
shut-off nozzles to ensure precision no-drip filling. To eliminate
the possibility of any product foaming the machine is also equipped
with a special nozzle vacuum aspiration system for bottom-up filling.

The system also features quick and simple no-tool changeover and hose down
capability for easy clean-up.
