Oden Corporation Introduces Statistical Process Control Data Acquisition Systems

Oden’s Statistical Process Control (SPC) data acquisition system provides for collection of data and generation of trending graphs for:

• Mass dose/weight
• Mass flow
• Standard volumetric flow
• Density, weight and temperature

Reports are custom configured for each end user and can be saved on the filler’s PC hard drive or at the end user’s choice of networked location. Reports can also be printed immediately or at a later date via the end user’s networked printer.

GENERATING AN SPC DATA REPORT

Report generation tools are accessed from the filler’s main menu.

• Access to data collection and trending graphs are available for each filler position as selected.
• Fill weight, temperature and density in real time at the end of each fill is given for each nozzle.

The user selects units of measure, i.e. weight in grams, temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and density in grams/cubic centimeter.
