NET/MASS® delivers accurate fills every time for difficult products, those that change in viscosity or density, or are inconsistent from batch to batch. For products that must be labeled by weight content or internally tracked and accounted for by weight, a NET/MASS system will provide accurate fills and statistical data.

Oden's patented NET/MASS liquid fillers* are Coriolis mass meter based systems that give you net weight filling accuracy without sacrificing versatility or flexibility. A wide range of products can be filled into a variety of containers by a NET/MASS filler. NET/MASS Coriolis mass meter based net weight systems are now filling pharmaceuticals, chemicals, personal care products, beverages, foods, petroleum products, paints and much, much more. Free flowing to extremely viscous products can be filled in weights from 2 grams to hundreds of pounds.

Statistical reports on the filling process can be provided through Oden's statistical process control software. Data can include mass dose, mass flow rate, standard volumetric flow, density, and temperature. Graphing and trending are available and can be displayed at the machine. Every fill weight can be recorded and retained. Extensive custom SPC software capability is available.

All NET/MASS systems are equipped with Coriolis mass flow meters. Sizes range from 1/8" to 3" providing flow rates of 3.4 pounds/minute (0.4 GPM) to more than 500 pounds/minute (60 GPM). Fluid flow pathway architectures to the Coriolis mass meter include servo-driven rotary pump, gravity, and pressure.
