PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

Applications include free flowing to very viscous products that change in viscosity or density over the filling run or from batch to batch, and products that must be labeled by weight content or internally tracked and accounted for by weight. Fills wide range of container shapes in weights from 2 grams to hundreds of pounds. Accuracies up to +0.10% dependent upon dose and type of product.

Standard Features

1. Coriolis mass flow meters in sizes from 1/8" to 3" providing flow rates of 3.4 lbs./minute (0.4 GPM) to 500 lbs./minute (60 GPM). Coriolis mass meter fluid contact parts available in Titanium, 904L stainless steel and Hastelloy C.
2. Fluid flow pathway (motive force) architectures to Coriolis mass meters include a wide range of servo-driven rotary pumps (Oden Pro/Fill 1000, 3000, 6000) based on system flow rate requirements, product characteristics, and application requirements. Gravity (Oden Grav/Tronic) and pressure (Oden Digibar) architectures also available in standard configurations.
3. Statistical process control (SPC) data including mass dose, mass flow rate, standard volumetric flow, density, and temperature. Every fill weight can be recorded and retained. Extensive custom SPC software capability is available.
4. Display and PLC housed in sealed NEMA 4 stainless steel enclosure.
5. Four line x 20 back lit LCD display with easy use function keys.
6. Easy operator interface access to every filler control function including fill weight, flow rate, and cut-off adjustment (COA) for electronic control of no-drip product cut-off.
7. Non-volatile memory storage of all machine set-up data, with one key "recipe" loading. Provides for 10 second changeovers.
8. Fluid flow pathway consisting of a stainless steel cone style hopper, sanitary lobe type pump, and Oden GEN2 316L stainless steel positive shut-off nozzle. Entire fluid flow pathway is of sanitary tri-clamp construction. Gravity and pressure systems also available.
9. Heavy duty stainless steel stand with locking casters allows for easy portability.
10. Footswitch control and built-in cycle timer for semi-automatic operation.
